If 5 star means excellent and positively satisfied, I am really happy with the bussiness I had with "Karibu Prosper". It has taken only two months from negotiation of the car price in Japan to its arrival at the port of destination in Dar-Es-Salaam.

1. No spear key. The key also needed reconfiguring using. A computer device because at times it was getting stuck in the ignition. It could not come out of the ignition when I packed the car. 2. No key for the fuel cap en up to now I have failed to find a cap to replace. 3. The stereo did not work and the Dvd screens also do not work. 4. The tyres are completely finished. For the price I paid I expected tyres I cld use for another year or so.

It is running perfectly." some of your few concerns are already raised to our shipping agents about the lost keys or the fuel caps and everything... we put good tyres on the car.did you check with port authorities? I remembered customer from kenya.we send him good tyres for his Mercedes c-class and before ship leaves japan we sent him photo but the tyres are replaced with bad one

The car was in excellent condition, just as described. The only problem was that the seller did not mention that the radio was not working. Otherwise it was a very good buy and I am very happy with the vehicle.

I love the van but the only thing I had problems with was the delay in getting the shipping information it took me two weeks after the monies were wired for a shipping schedule I was a little worried so I wrote to them and they apologized for the delay other than that I would still buy from this company the delay wont stop me from buying I've told my friends about how nice the van is but I didn't told them about the delay hope it don't happen to them

I bought a 2003 TOYOTA LAND CRUISER PRADO for 19272 USD without knowing they brought me a 2002 unit I faced difficulties with Customs after physical assement was taken on the unit so as to clear it from the port It was found that on seat belts engine model all of 2002 and not 2003 as indicated on BII OF LADING DOCUMENTS In return I had to pay 5500 USD as etxra costs as depreciation from the normal Tax fee if the item were of 2003 I reccomend other buyer not to buy from this seller

Habari Sir Rodney, We did not give you wrong information. All info are correct based on the year the unit is registered here in Japan as per the legal Export Certificate and Bill of Lading is concerned. You did not ask about Manufacturing Year. It should have been asked and be provided to you before you confirm buying the car.Manufacturing Year is not the basis here in Japan but the year a unit is registered. Amy Sasaki Finance Officer
