i want to do busness to your company,but how i can?please i need your help

the seller claimed that the car was used by non-smoker, but we found ash trays were full of cigarattes, he also that the car has never seen snow and is always garaged, but the exterior painting of the car tells a different story is fading especially at the top, the tyres were completely worn out, had to buy new tyres, plus the battery was dead had to buy a new one also. otherwise it is electronically/mechanically sound. the slidng door could not open.

1. Faulty starter motor 2. The interior of the item was not cleaned. Held up by National Quarantine. More fees paid. Engine & other equipment under the bonnet filthy. Oil/Fuel leakage everywhere. 4. No servicing done on the vehicle. Have to do own servicing
