STEP1  Look for vehicles with the PayTrade logo!

Paytrade Payment service is only available to stock with a “PayTrade”icon.In order to secure your payment through PayTrade,you will have to choose a vehicle that has a “PayTrade”logo You can searh for those vehichles HERE.

STEP2  Send Inquiry

When you find the item you are interested in, please send inquiry through the inquiry form on the right top of the page of the item detail page.

STEP3  Negotiate with the Seller about Price, Conditions, Payment Terms etc.

After the seller replies to your inquiry, you will receive a notification mail from tradecarview.com. Please access to your Message Center on My tradecarview.com.(Login > My tradecarview > Message)

STEP4  Receive Proforma Invoice

Once the Seller issues Proforma Invoice, you can see the total amount of the price on the message.
#If you want to check the details, please click on "View Details".
#If you want to send amendment request to the seller, please click on "Edit Request" link and send a message to the seller.

If you cannot see the “Order Item” button, you need to request a Proforma Invoice again to the seller.

Please note: You cannot find the “Order Item” button if…
1. The Proforma Invoice is expired because you did not order the item before the payment due date
2. The item is booked by other buyer by ordering the item on tradecarview

STEP5  Order Item

After you confirm all the conditions on the Proforma Invoice are correct, please finalize your order by clicking “Order Item” button.

Please enter the required fields and click “Confirm to Buy” to complete the purchase!

STEP6  Payment

After you place the order, the invoice is sent to your Message Center on My tradecarview. Please print out the invoice and make payment by the due date. Please wire the funds to the bank account directed on the Invoice.

STEP7  Payment Notification

Once you place order, you can manage messages/items on Order List

After you wire the funds, please click on “Payment Notification” button and let Carview know that you completed the transfer. *Please attach Telegraphic Transfer copy with the message.

STEP8  Payment Confirmation&Shipping Information

When Carview confirms your payment, Carview will notify you by posting payment confirmation message on your Message Center on My tradecarview.Once Carview confirms payment, the Seller will start arranging shipment of the item and he/she will send you shipping schedule.

STEP9  Shippment Cofirmation

After the Seller ships out the item, he/she will send a copy of B/L to Carview. Carview refer the VIN/Chassis number on the invoice and if it matches to the one on the B/L, Carview will release your funds to the Seller.

STEP10  Documentation

After the Seller ships the item, he/she will send you original document and will let you know the courier tracking number.
