I cannot log in or log out
Please try to delete the cookies saved in your browser and try to log in again.
I have tried to log in many times but it does not work.
Please check whether the followings are correctly set on the computer you are using:
- Is the clock on the computer correctly set?
Please set the date, month and year correctly. - Is your browser set to allow cookies to be saved?
Please change the browser setting to allow cookies. - Are you behind a firewall?
In the firewall settings, please unblock cookies.
The following procedures should help solve the log in problem.
- Delete the cookies saved by the browser.
- Delete the cache files saved in your computer.
If you perform all the above procedures stated above but still can not log in

- Your browser and its version.
- The name of the firewall software that you are using.
