After you confirm all the conditions on the Proforma Invoice are correct, pleasefinalize your order by clicking "Order Item" button.

Please note that you cannot place an order if:

• Someone else ordered the item or the item is sold during the negotiation
• The order date expired (The deadline for order date is 2 days prior to the PaymentDue Date)

On the next page, please fill in the order form and place your order. Once youplace the order, you cannot change the details of the order, so please review theconfirmation page carefully.

Once you placed the order by clicking on "Confirm to Buy" button, you've committedto purchasing that item and must pay for the item within the Payment Due Date. Ifyou fail to pay by the Due Date, even if you've changed your mind, you violate thecontract and there is risk that your account will be suspended.
