How to Send Your Inquiry ?

Before sending mail, please keep in mind the following:

Carview Corporation does not take part in the transaction of vehicles, so if you have a specific question about importing, please send an inquiry directly to the owner of the car using the tradecarview system.

The vehicles you can find on tradecarview are listed into 2 categories: STOCK and LMS.

LMS (Local market Stock) is owned by a Japanese local car dealer in the domestic network. The tradecarview LMS platform allows tradecarview export companies to access stocks from our domestic network and gives you the possibility to import these vehicles too. You can send your inquiry to one or several exporters having the access to this vehicle.
As opposed to LMS, STOCK means that the vehicle is in the exporter's own stock.

You can send your inquiry directly to the seller OR your local importer(s) using My Local Importers Service (if you do not know how to import cars).

How to send an inquiry directly to the seller

STOCK

1. On the top right hand corner of the vehicle's page, you will see the dealer's name and address. By clicking on his name, you have access to his detailed profile page through which you can send a message, or find the telephone number.
2. Or simply fill out the required fields just below the dealer's information and press the "Submit" button. Your inquiry will be sent directly to the owner of the car.

LMS (Local market Stock)

1. On the top right hand corner of the vehicle's page, you will see the number of exporters able to sell you this vehicle.
2. By clicking on his "Select Agents", you have access to the detailed list page through which you can send a message, the same way as for the STOCK dealers above.

NOTE: if you don't click on "Select Agents" but send your inquiry through the vehicle's page directly, your offer will be sent to all the dealers of this unit of the LMS.

How to send an inquiry to My Local Importers

If you need assistance in the import process, this option allows you to send your inquiry to one or several experienced importers in your country, registered with tradecarview.
In this case, the importer you choose will become your only interlocutor. He will handle the transaction with the Japanese exporter and get the car shipped to your country.
Note that each importer will charge you with his independent commission fee for the service he provides.

1. On the vehicle’s main inquiry page, on the right side, above the inquiry form, click on "Select Importers". It will open a new inquiry page for Local Importers.
2. On the new inquiry page, confirm your country, select from one to all importers available.
3. Fill in the required fields of the inquiry for and press the "Submit" button.
