Conditions and Requirements

Campaign Period: July 1,2012-September 30,2012

Requirements:Any purchase made through PayTrade within the period set forth above will be eligible for the draw.
(Payment must be confirmed at the Bank in Japan within the period set forth above)

Prize Details:10 Winners will be chosen and each will win: 1,000 USD!

How to apply

1.Purchase vehicle on tradecarview.com. Payment must be paid through PayTrade with the transaction.
2.Send the exact amount to tradecarview within the payment due date (Do not exclude bank charge from the total amount).
3.After Carview confirms your payment, you will receive a message from Carview.
4.Each completed PayTrade transaction (payment) will be counted as one entry. There will be no limit for the number of entries,
but one person cannot be eligible for two or more awards.

*Any person related with Carview Corporation will not be eligible for the draw.

Terms and Conditions

•Applicant must hold the bank account in the resident country, which can recieve dollar currency.
•Applicant must pay bank charge when he/she recieves the prize (if required)
•Applicant must agree to all the terms and conditions of this Campaign.
•The winner does not have a right to choose amount, and no claims will be accepted.
•The right to receive the prize cannot be i) transferred to another person, ii) exchanged to items or anything else.

Cancellations

The winners' eligibility for the prize will be revoked under the following circumstances:

•When the PayTrade transaction is cancelled and refunded.
•When the payment cannot be confirmed within the campaign period.
•When Carview regards the transaction as a fraudulent transaction.
•When the prize is not conformable to the law in the winners' country.
•When the winner declines to receive the prize.
•When the winner cannot be reached by Carview within a week after the draw.
•Carview does not accept any inquiries regarding the result of election.

Prize Transfer

•Carview will send email to the registered email address to the winner directly after the draw.
•An interview with the winner (comment and picture) will be required. The interview will be shown on the tradecarview.com.
•Carview does not accept any claims of the prize.

Private Policy

•The personal information will be held and managed by Carview Corporation securely.
•The information will only be used for announcement of the winner and shipment of the prize to the winner.
